1 Tsp Whole Fennel Seed

1 Tsp Whole Coriander seed

1 Tsp Whole Cumin seed

2oz sliced fresh ginger

10 cups water bring all ingredients to a boil cook for 7-9 minutes. Strain into a thermal and sip throughout the day.

Excellent for indigestion, arthritis, inflammation and as an antioxidant!
