1 Tsp Whole Fennel Seed

1 Tsp Whole Coriander seed

1 Tsp Whole Cumin seed

2oz sliced fresh ginger

10 cups water bring all ingredients to a boil cook for 7-9 minutes. Strain into a thermal and sip throughout the day.

Excellent for indigestion, arthritis, inflammation and as an antioxidant!

    After over six years on the air, MADE FOR MORE - the Catholic Radio Show for Teens - produced one final "Farewell Show."  Farewell not only to the program itself, but also we send our love & prayers with Chris Kreslins - who is leaving our Diocese the end of October to take a job in Spokane, WA.  Thanks to Chris for ALL he has done with youth and young adult ministry!  Thanks to Mike Abbondandolo for being a wonderful host these past 18 months!  Thanks to Johnny & Lorissa Horn plus Pete Espil & Jaime Thietten for coming up with the original concept - the information shared over the years has been incredible!

     MADE FOR MORE is the Catholic Radio Show for Teens.  This edition wraps up the 6-part series on the acronym H.A.B.I.T.S.  The letter S stands for "Sacraments."  The first Sacrament that comes to mind for Catholic teens is Confirmation.  But don't forget about confession, going to Mass, prayer and more to help live your faith out to others.

     Abe Jackson and Peter Oliver bring you all the action of Bishop Kelly football.  Despite a halftime score of 8-8, the Knights jumped out offensively in the 2nd half en route to a 35-14 victory over the Kuna Kavemen.  BK now has a 6-1 record heading into Senior Night on Thursday, October 18th.

   For 15 years, Jim & Mary Ellen Nourse have promoted vocations in our Diocese.  It began on AM-790 with "Fr. Henry's Radio Show" then moved to Salt & Light Radio nine years ago, transforming into "Faith With Father."  After a brief hiatus, this local program became "Vocations Focus" and featured priests, deacons, seminarians and women religious throughout the Diocese of Boise and beyond.  Brian Howell sits down with Mary Ellen to share the behind-the-scenes story.

   After a tough loss last week against Middleton, the Knights celebrate Homecoming by making short work of the Caldwell Cougars.  Despite a 7-0 halftime score, BK racked up a 42-0 victory.  Bishop Kelly now has a 4-1 record and prepares to travel to Kuna next week to face the rival Kavemen.
