Today's topic, can we take Sundays off during Lent? If we gave up chocolate, can we eat 10 candy bars after Mass on Sunday? If Catholicism seems complicated, Eric claims that it is! But, it's because these things are important - 2,000+ years of teaching and tradition should mean something to us today.

Morning Light concludes our annual "FOCUS in February" series with Niru De Silva, Director of Retreats for FOCUS. Fresh off a retreat in Spokane over the weekend with members of Bronco Catholic at Boise State, Niru shares his joy of leading young adults towards an encounter with Christ. Once considered a "NONE" (no religious affiliation), his own conversion to Catholicism has inspired him to share Christ with others.
