In this series, Brian Howell from Salt & Light Radio and Eric Meyer from Vandal Catholic will interview staff and students who are involved in the ministry work of St. Augustine's Student Center on the University of Idaho campus in Moscow, ID. 

     In this episode, they interview junior defensive back Mathias Bertram from the Vandals football team.  Originally from New Mexico, Mathias shares the inspiring story about his tight bond with his brother, Ben.  Plus, the joy he has found at St. Augustine's along with how he balances faith and football.

     Morning Light presents "Tolkien Talk" as our guide through Middle Earth, Fr. Greg Vance from Bishop Kelly High School, discusses the masterpieces of JRR Tolkien.  Today during Episode #6, we talk about "The Race of Men."

     Morning Light welcomes back Ralph May, Executive Director of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul of SW Idaho, to discuss "Summerfest" there are still dinner tickets, but the car raffle is virtually sold out (20 or so left.) He highlights the recent visit from the National CEO, including a visit to the Idaho State Correctional Institution.  Finally, a Fundraising Special Event:  the TNT Fireworks Stand at Glenwood & State Street, open June 24 – July 4, will benefit Christmas Toy Store.
